Taking route from Strava to Garmin.

Hi all, in response to requests i have made a video of how you get a pre designed route from Strava to your device.

This is a Garmin specific tutorial, but would be similiar for many other devices.

This is how it is done by hard wire. it can also be done wireless by some devices, this is not covered in this tutorial.
