The last club event of the season, Away Day.

This weekend sees the last of the clubs regular season rides.

28th September.

its been a busy season with lots of weather interuptions early in the season and then great weather towards the end of the season.

The club has now got many rides going out each week, and more participants than ever before.

So onto our last event the "away day ride".

This year we are going for a relatively FLAT route out of Newport and out to Shrewsbury.

The meet up point is the Victoria Park car park in Newport.

You will note the biggest climb of the day is immediately out of the carpark.

We will meet here around 9 AM and depart at 9:15. There are a group of riders who are doing 100 miles and setting out early from HQ.

We would expect the ride to be complete in about 4 hours, with a 20 mile drive back to HQ once complete.

This is a flat route and all are capable of completing it. For the 100 mile group please speak to Steve Noble, or other T1 riders. They will have a early start time.
